Great location but very average hotel; tiny rooms, which I appreciate are part of the old building, but are laid out very inappropriately! No one wants a noisy fridge next to the head of the bed all night, especially with thin walls when one can already hear all the neighbours! Staff were largely disinterested with us as guests, despite my partner being a Best Western Diamond Select member, and rooms hugely overpriced! We used points for our stay and were still disappointed.

We had a great stay until I got my credit card bill. They charged me twice for parking. When I called hotel staff to request the issue be resolved, no one would help me. I took the survey and gave a fully satisfied rating (before the credit card bill). The general manager sent an email and stated “if I have any other issues, please contact me.” After several phone calls and emails to her, I never heard back. I disputed that charge with my credit card and was refunded the money. It’s a great hotel unless you have an issue because they are not responsive.
