Great hotel. Well priced. It is an older building so rooms are not large but sufficient and updated. The staff are the best! Very friendly and responsive. The location is great. You can be anywhere in minutes walking. Great restaurants and bars in the area. Family friendly, historic sites all around. You will not be disappointed staying here. ...cookie time 4:00 pm ! Enjoy.

I visited with my family which included 2 kids under age 10. The location was so convenient, right across the street from the Museum of the American Revolution. We were able to walk to lots of local attractions and restaurants. The area was really pretty and safely walkable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of food. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly, and they were all lovely with my kids.

Clean, friendly staff, free breakfast, reasonable price for parking, and easy walking distance to a zillion museums/attractions and good restaurants.
