Excellent stay. We were warmly welcomed and check is was a breeze. Parking is at a parking garage about a block away. We were given excellent (printed) directions and a parking card, which we returned at the end of our stay. The room was of average size, very comfortable and clean. The room was cold when we arrived, but we were able to warm it up without issues. Very quiet. Lots of friendly amenities in the lobby, coffee, cookies, a nice warm fire. We changed our reservations to BW from Hilton (for obvious reasons) and were so happy we did! Excellent hotel.

Perfect location! Loved the Wednesday night wine and cheese. Breakfast was above average. Staff was exceptionally friendly, felt like I was staying at a much more expensive hotel.
