National Historic Hotel with a staff that treats you like a Bed & Breakfast. Sat in the lobby a lot due to freezing weather and many in our group did not want to venture out. Always had hot coffee and tea and in the afternoon fresh cookies. At the holidays hot chocolate was available with whipped cream. Breakfast was fresh each morning and a good supply of everything. If something goes wrong, the staff jumps at fixing the problem. You won't be sorry. Beds are to die for! lol

Great value for staying right in the heart of the historic district of Philly. Clean room, good breakfast, great staff. What more could you ask for.

This was a wonderful hotel. Great location. Within walking distance to most everything. Warm and homey. Staff was friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. We had a member of our family give Craig a hard time and Craig stayed composed and respectful. He was great. We were amazed at how he handled the situation. Bryce had answers to all my questions. Even knew the best gelato. Yum . All the staff was great. The ladies down at breakfast kept everything filled up and clean. Kept our table clean and were warm and friendly.
