Stayed here over the weekend. Hotel was in a great location and close to everything. Rooms and the hotel was very clean. Hotel was cozy and had character. Staff was very friendly and very helpful with giving suggestions on places to visit. Breakfast was OK- there was no meat to go with the eggs. Overall- great stay and will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Philly!

Pleasant staff, great location for sightseeing in Philly, very good value with free afternoon tea and cookies and free hot breakfast included. Well maintained building with colonial feel.
