Thank you to all the staff and owners for understanding our dilemma. This is a wonderful place to stay to experience Philadelphia. The location is perfect. Unfortunately, we were booked for 2 nights but had to leave early. We had to drive back to Florida to secure our home before hurricane Milton and get back to our daughter. We are 7 miles from the gulf. The hotel was kind enough to refund our second night even though it was short notice. We are looking forward tk returning to continue exploring Philly.

Excellent location in the heart of the Old City District. It is very walkable, with many restaurants and bars nearby. History museums are accessible. Hospitality service was friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable!

Beautiful old building. Rooms are not much larger than the bed, though they may not be able to help it much due to being in the middle of the city and the age of the building. Was not able to take advantage of regular breakfast options as I had to be at eye appt by 7:30, but hotel staff did agree to pack me a bagged breakfast which consisted of a banana, a yogurt, 2 breakfast bars each. It is expensive. Again, I suspect this is due to downtown location.
