The entire staff at BW Independence Park was amazing! Every person we interacted with in the hotel was kind and we'll informed and gave the best recommendations for local fare, stuff to kill time, and what historic sites were most worth visiting. The location is great, not in the busiest part if the city but close enough to let you take in all the sights. If we were to visit Philadelphia again, we would gladly reserve rooms at the Independence Park hotel.

Thank you to all the staff and owners for understanding our dilemma. This is a wonderful place to stay to experience Philadelphia. The location is perfect. Unfortunately, we were booked for 2 nights but had to leave early. We had to drive back to Florida to secure our home before hurricane Milton and get back to our daughter. We are 7 miles from the gulf. The hotel was kind enough to refund our second night even though it was short notice. We are looking forward tk returning to continue exploring Philly.
