This is a lovely historic hotel in the old section of Philly close to all historical sites & many restaurants/cafes. Great location for historical tour.

This hotel has the best breakfast I've ever eaten in a hotel. Rooms are that incredible though.

Right in the heart of historic sites. Across the street from the Museum of the American Revolution. A block away from the Benjamin Franklin Museum. Queen plus room is small but well appointed, with modern conveniences. The room and establishment were clean. Breakfast on real plates, with liberty bell waffles. Parked our car in the garage and took city busses to get around (highly recommended, google maps works for guidance). Hotel is close to public transportation. We would stay here again.
