I'm working in Camden NJ but have never been to Philly so I figured I would stay downtown. Glad I found this gem. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and most attractions. Front desk guy was really nice and helpful. Parking is reasonable. Room is fairly small but very well appointed. I took a nap earlier and the bed was very comfy. I will update if things change over the next couple days but first impressions are very good.

Hotel Boutique, recién renovado, bello! Está en el distrito histórico, cerca hay restaurantes y las atracciones quedan a distancias que se pueden recorrer a pie. Atención cordial y el desayuno incluido es delicioso.
