Arthur Jafa’s "Big Wheel IV"

Arthur Jafa's Big Wheel IV is part of a traveling public art exhbit called the Monumental Tour. Jafa's artwork consists of four giant tires, that were originally made for monster trucks, covered with iron chains. Big Wheel IV also features a sound piece consisting of a loop of songs by Teddy Pendergrass.
