While travel in the physical world has been restricted by the pandemic for almost two years, Emil Baumann, Philadelphia artist and life-long Powelton Village resident, has not stopped his travels into the colorful, magic world of fantasy, which he shares with us in this show. His abstract compositions burst with vivid colors. His whimsical combinations and treatments display his adventurous spirit and desire to experiment with new techniques, creating a three-dimensional feel to some of his works.
